Gone too soon...
Volleyball is all I remember...The time on the bus, you making fun of me about girls and stealing my candy. Those hit that I miss...I just can't believe that no one will ever do that to me anymore. You are a gold...you are the soul of the team. You are volleyball...But volleyball is gone too soon. RIP Jeffery

A friend
Remember those days where you would just smile at your friends and tell them nasty things about themselves? Those days where you just teased them and laugh about it. Those days when you pissed them off and know that you guys will be fine again by tomorrow. What if, there aren't any tomorrows left, what if you or your friend just happen to be gone by tomorrow? Would you regret what you have done to your friends and to yourself? If you would, then stop what you are doing, stop hurting your friends and yourself.
Knowing that there is always going to be a tomorrow, we would just live for a brighter future, but when do you ever think about now? When do you ever think about the moment you are in? What if this is the last second of your life? What would you do with it?
Life is unpredictable at most points, our lives are not movie scripts that are pre-written. We have got to write it ourselves, but it is just pointless if you just fight for a better tomorrow. Enjoy the moment you are in, embrace it, feel the passion of life. Cherish your friends that care about you, care for the friends that always piss you off, love your enemies. Today I had a friend taken from me, a brother taken away from the big AIS family. His death does not mean that we should just cry and get over with it. He left us time to think our lives over again. He gave us this chance. Use it.
Go get your phone and call the person you call the most...Tell her/him "I love you", three simple words can be everything that your friends want. Enjoy life, remember the memories and fight for the future...
R.I.P Jeffery Town...I miss you already mate...

The Scary Short Story
This is the short story I found on internet for the Reading and Writing Club. Its scary!!!SO BE WARNED!!!
Bloody Mary by S. E. Schlosser
Source : http://www.americanfolklore.net/folktales/pa3.html
She lived deep in the forest in a tiny cottage and sold herbal remedies for a living. Folks living in the town nearby called her Bloody Mary, and said she was a witch. None dared cross the old crone for fear that their cows would go dry, their food-stores rot away before winter, their children take sick of fever, or any number of terrible things that an angry witch could do to her neighbors. Then the little girls in the village began to disappear, one by one. No one could find out where they had gone. Grief-stricken families searched the woods, the local buildings, and all the houses and barns, but there was no sign of the missing girls. A few brave souls even went to Bloody Mary's home in the woods to see if the witch had taken the girls, but she denied any knowledge of the disappearances. Still, it was noted that her haggard appearance had changed. She looked younger, more attractive. The neighbors were suspicious, but they could find no proof that the witch had taken their young ones. Then came the night when the daughter of the miller rose from her bed and walked outside, following an enchanted sound no one else could hear. The miller's wife had a toothache and was sitting up in the kitchen treating the tooth with an herbal remedy when her daughter left the house. She screamed for her husband and followed the girl out of the door. The miller came running in his nightshirt. Together, they tried to restrain the girl, but she kept breaking away from them and heading out of town. The desperate cries of the miller and his wife woke the neighbors. They came to assist the frantic couple. Suddenly, a sharp-eyed farmer gave a shout and pointed towards a strange light at the edge of the woods. A few townsmen followed him out into the field and saw Bloody Mary standing beside a large oak tree, holding a magic wand that was pointed towards the miller's house. She was glowing with an unearthly light as she set her evil spell upon the miller's daughter. The townsmen grabbed their guns and their pitchforks and ran toward the witch. When she heard the commotion, Bloody Mary broke off her spell and fled back into the woods. The far-sighted farmer had loaded his gun with silver bullets in case the witch ever came after his daughter. Now he took aim and shot at her. The bullet hit Bloody Mary in the hip and she fell to the ground. The angry townsmen leapt upon her and carried her back into the field, where they built a huge bonfire and burned her at the stake. As she burned, Bloody Mary screamed a curse at the villagers. If anyone mentioned her name aloud before a mirror, she would send her spirit to revenge herself upon them for her terrible death. When she was dead, the villagers went to the house in the wood and found the unmarked graves of the little girls the evil witch had murdered. She had used their blood to make her young again. From that day to this, anyone foolish enough to chant Bloody Mary's name three times before a darkened mirror will summon the vengeful spirit of the witch. It is said that she will tear their bodies to pieces and rip their souls from their mutilated bodies. The souls of these unfortunate ones will burn in torment as Bloody Mary once was burned, and they will be trapped forever in the mirror.

Dear Parents
This is taken from a forum that I visit often. It is written in Chinese but I feel like putting it in English. So ENJOY :D
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How many people actually knows how much their parents have done for them in their lives?
When you were 1, they fed you milk and help you bath, you thank them by crying all night.
When you were 3, they cook your dinner, you thank them by throwing their cooking on the floor.
When you were 4, they bought crayons for you, you thank them by drawing pictures on the wall.
When you were 5, they bought you new clothes, you thank them by playing in the mud pool.
When you were 7, they bought you a ball, you thank them by breaking all the glass in the house.
When you were 9, they pay for your piano lessons, you thank them by skipping classes to play.
When you were 11, they accompany you to the movies, you thank them by telling them to sit away from you and your friends.
When you were 14, they pay for your summer camp, you thank them by not calling for the whole month.
When you were 18, they come to your graduation, you thank them by not saying hi and going to parties all night.
When you were 19, they pay for your university, you thank them by telling them that they are embarrassing.
When you were 22, they bought furniture for your new home, you thank them by telling your friends that you don't like those furniture.
When you were 30, they will help looking after your children, you thank them by telling them that they are teaching your children wrong things because they are out dated.
When you were 40, they call wishing you a happy birthday, you thank them by telling them that you are busy.
When you were 50, they get sick often and needs your care, you then tell them that you are busy taking care of your kids.
Then one day, they will die, then you look back and you start thinking about the things you haven't done for them. It will stab your heart like a knife.
If your parents are still alive, then treasure them.
If your parents are gone, then don't forget, the love from your parents is the greatest love you can ever receive.

When a boy meets girl
This is a "typical" story about how a boy meets a girl.
After summer camp, you and his brother becomes best friends and you will always visit him since he lives so close to you. Every time you go and visit, you only address her as "XXXX's sister", she always come home late and you barely notice her around. But one day after biking, she will smile at your silliness and ask for your facebook. Of course you will say yes, as you guys start talking on the wall, you will start laughing at her jokes while she laughs at your old picture. Then you guys exchange msn, and you will feel weird not talking to her everyday. As the next summer arrive, you get a job as a baby girl's baby sitter, going to Disney. You will start panicking about the "bathroom" issue. As you look on msn at 3 a.m. you can only find her on there. As she say yes, a mystical feeling appear in your heart. The three of you will look like a happy family; laughing, having fun, ridding roller coasters together. That night in the taxi, the little girl puts both of your hands together, and that is where it all started. From that day on, you would want to see her everyday, take her home no matter how late or where she is. On your birthday, she would be waiting downstairs in the rain with the birthday cake you randomly ask for. As she feed you with a smile, you will know that you are in love. Every night you two talk until sun rise, laughing about anything you talk or see. And while you are sleeping, you will even dream about her. As you reach end of the summer, you have also reached the end of this relation. No matter how much you care for her, no matter how much you love her, she will suddenly be mad at you. She will not start a conversation on msn anymore, she wouldn't want you to call her anymore. She does not want to talk to you anymore. For the rest of the year, you will go home, and start stalking her on facebook, turning off msn as soon as you see her coming on. She has become a nightmare. There is nothing you can do, you choose to love her, and that is your consequences.
This might be the typical start of a boy meets girl story, but this is my tragic ending......Nevertheless, I love you...
My shattered heart
Some say time is a cure,
Many will say love is pure,
But I say everyone lied.
Until today, I still think about you in my dreams,
I still hope I can hold you in my arms,
I still want to say "I love you".
But what I dream is different from what I have.
What I have is a broken heart.
Pieces scattered throughout memories,
I feel lost in time and space,
You haunt me with your hugs,
You shadow me with your kisses.
For a whole year, I have been looking for myself,
I covered my sadness with my smiles,
I covered my tears with my sweat,
I covered my memories of you with fantasy.
In the end, nothing could cover my love for you.
For my only S.L.
